Most of the time I perform processing dues, which is -making sure the loan has proper documentation for getting approved.
I am fully licensed mortgage analyst and can originate in Ohio. Speak fluent Ukrainian, Russian and Polish and partially Spanish.
I am here to answer all the questions and fix problems when Yana is unavailable.
Our main goal is to think outside the box and that definitely helps us to be unique and find creative ways to help all our customers.

My primary function as a processor is to keep in contact with the client, weather it is requesting documents or updating the status of the loan.
I review all documents that are to be sent to the underwriter and advise if any other documentation may be needed.
I communicate with the real estate agents for any items that might be needed for the contract as well as keeping them informed of the status of the loan.

As a processor, my focus is helping you get into your home as quickly as possible. I do this by keeping open communication with the client and agent through the entire process.
When receiving documents from the clients or agents, I review the document to make sure that nothing further will be needed based on the information provided.

I am the manager of the purchase-processing department. It is my responsibility to manage, train, hold accountable, review and assist the processors in anyway necessary to complete their job effectively, accurately and efficiently. Review and assist on all loans to ensure they are pacing to be completed by all contract dates. I assist Yana Solomonik on all tasks within day-to-day operations as needed.

Review loans for initial submission to underwriter and generate DU/LP/USDA findings as well as review and calculate income to proceed.
Order all titles, appraisals, MI quotes, Master Polices, VA Certificate of Eligibility, Real Estate Property Information and home/flood insurance binders.
Work with settlement company or attorney on all items needed to have them approved by Reliance and clearance to close including entering all property taxes and closing fees.
Work directly with title companies on any issues that may arise to be cleared prior to closing.
